I am chronicling my journey to eat healthier and learn to cook simple meals with the help of meal delivery services. Yes, I'm lazy! No...actually, I have anxiety and hate trying to deal with traffic, people and grocery stores. It's completely silly but hopefully the convenience of having some meals mailed and with minimal prep-will give me the confidence to get over my issues with cooking food and my relationship with food in general.
